Parking Information
Parking is free with your booking, and you may park in any available spot. When convenient, please visit the Landing Fitness front desk to get a free parking pass for your car window. If you arrive after hours and they are closed, a pass may be obtained the following day, no problem.
Additional Considerations
Next Level condo is located on the second floor of the building, which is also the top floor. Access is up just one flight of stairs.
Lush Life is a walk in unit, with no stairs to navigate.
House Rules
• No smoking anywhere on the property – this includes inside the home & the deck
• No pets
• Quiet hours after 10PM
• No extra guests, all guests must be listed on the reservation
Cancellation policy
4% of the total reservation amount is non-refundable and applies to all bookings.
• Full refund for cancellations made 14+ days before check-in.
• 50% refund for cancellations made 7–13 days before check-in.
• No refund for cancellations made fewer than 7 days before check-in.
