Parking Information

Parking is free with your booking, and you may park in any available spot. When convenient, please visit the Landing Fitness front desk to get a free parking pass for your car window. If you arrive after hours and they are closed, a pass may be obtained the following day, no problem.

Additional Considerations

This condo is located on the second floor of the building, which is also the top floor.  Access is up just one flight of stairs.  

House Rules

• No smoking anywhere on the property – this includes inside the home & the deck

• No pets

• Quiet hours after 10PM

• No extra guests, all guests must be listed on the reservation

CAncellation policy

• Full refund for cancellations made at least 5 days prior to check-in

• For cancellations made fewer than 5 days before check-in:

– Charges apply for each night stayed plus one additional night
  – 50% of the nightly rate for any remaining unused nights
